Minnesota Jewish Theatre is a top-notch troupe that too often gets overlooked in a metro area with so many theater companies. Their annual Hanukkah play production is popular across the religious spectrum. Warren C. Bowles, who directed MJTC ‘s acclaimed production of The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife, has directed this season’s holiday production which runs before the actual holiday.

The Last Schwartz by Deborah Zoe Laufer deals with a sister and three brothers who return to the family home for a memorial service a decade after their father’s death. The cast includes Laura Stearns Adams, Matt Sciple, Heidi Fellner, Corey DiNardo, Damian Leverett, and Emily Dussault. This is a sure bet for launching your holiday theatergoing season.
