Address: Midtown Global Market will host six free In The Heart of the Beast performances in the Midtown Central Court on Thursday nights during the weekly fall Neighborhood Night celebrations. Each performance will be followed by a free Make N Take Workshop based on that day’s puppet show theme and led by the artists from In The Heart of the Beast. You’ll leave with your own puppet creation to take home. In The Heart of the Beast (HOTB) uses water, flour, newspaper, paint, and unlimited imagination to tell stories that explore the struggles and celebrations of human existence. Drawing inspiration from the world's traditions of puppet and mask theatre and its lively roots in transformative ritual and street theatre, HOTB creates vital, poetic theater for all ages and backgrounds. Each evening’s event begins at 5:30 p.m. & Make N Take Workshops begin at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 24 | LUPITA DOESN’T WANT TO SLEEP – 35 minutes Julie & Gustavo Boada (Performed in Spanish & English) This story is about a feisty little girl who always finds a way to keep playing when it is time to go to sleep…The show highlights the joyful moments of parent-child relationships.

Midtown Global Market will host six free In The Heart of the Beast performances in the Midtown
