Polis Leads Push To Repeal Limit On When Gay, Bisexual Men Can Donate Blood

The Denver Post reports that U.S. Representative Jared Polis of Boulder, the first openly gay parent in Congress, is leading the call for the Food and Drug Administration to drop a requirement that gay and bisexual men be celibate for a year before donating blood.
