Missouri Extends Protections To LGBTI Workers With Historic Court Ruling

GayStarNews reports that while the state of Missouri still does not prohibit employment discrimination based on sexual orientation, it does have laws banning discrimination based on sex, and for the first time, Missouri now protects LGBTI workers from discrimination based on gender stereotypes according to a historic ruling from the Missouri Court of Appeals.
