Oh, Wanda, Wanda, Wanda… I’m so disappointed that you think Obama’s choice of Warren isn’t a big deal. This is a nation of over 300 million, Obama couldn’t find someone who isn’t homophobic? Come on… You are right that relative to the so called big issues, this may be a smaller one. But if this is how he decides on something that should have been a no-brainer, how is he going to treat us with the big stuff?

Listen here Chad. I’m the same age as Obama and have an awesome body. Better shape than I’ve been in my life. More than once you mentioned that Obama’s body looks the way it does because he’s old. Umm he’s 47, as I am, not 80. That’s his shape. If you wanna see what a 47 year old can look like just lemme know.

Uhh, how old is this Chad anyway? 12? If he thinks Obama is old, he needs to take a look at some of the sexiest men in show business today. Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Daniel Craig are all 40 or over and look better than most 20 year olds. Even when I was in my 20s’ I preferred men in their 30s and 40s. So Wanda, as a lady who is approaching the big 4-0 (sooner than you think) will you please enlighten your friend?

I thought Wanda’s measured reaction to the Rick Warren issue made a lot of sense. Yes, it’s disappointing, but I think we’re jumping too far ahead to assume it is indicative of Obama’s policy in the future. Still, it’s good that we are letting him know he’s being watched.

The proper word is crayfish, not crawfish. And yes, we have them in the north. As we do lobster, oysters, clams, etc. And for Chad, what’s so great about bi-partisanship?

    Hey Wanda,

Just wanted to tell you to check out the latest episode of radiolab from PRI. It’s about race and genetics of all things, which you and Chad touched upon during your discussion. I’m warming up to Chad btw, (like you care, right?) He’s not so much like drying paint anymore.

Anywho, I’m catching up on some episodes today and I have been yelling at my mac like a crazy person, participating in this discussion for my own amusement and loving it. And as you mentioned to Jason Stuart about gays dropping the ball I’m thinking… gee Wanda, what ever happened to the letter writing campaign website we were gonna change the world with? Not to mention the sarah vowell book I’ve been waiting to hear discussed. I know you’re busy but c’mon chica!

I expect a full report and on-air response in the new year.

with much love, still in po-dunk PA,

    -chris allen
