I enjoyed this inspiring progrum, Wanda. Thanks for the reminder that our work at improving ourselves is a constant and fulfilling project. We aren’t simply given a gorgeous physique and then able to eat everything in sight.

I can really relate to what you talked about on this podcast. I get too caught up in what methods work for other people. The trick is to figure out what works for ME. There’s only one me and what works for someone else might not work for me and vice versa. There’s no magic formula to reaching a goal.
