The more you affirm it, the more it stays that way (well, nothing wrong with being single, I don't mean it like that). But why not say you're SEXY instead of single? First, it might attract sum nice guys just as well. Second, it sounds like the former word but also more positive and open (you can both be sexy single or in a relationship).
