I think that removing the toilets and putting in pay toilets is a step in A direction, but it’s not going to stop the activity. Any illicit activity can and will always find a way to continue, as long as their are people who are going to participate in it.

I think the problem that everyone is ignoring or just not addressing is really the root core of all of this. It’s the constant damnation of anyone who remotely shows any signs of being gay. Kids grow up with these images, then end up realizing they have these feelings, hating themselves, denying who they are, getting married, acting on their feelings secretly, they get found out because they still have these feelings, and then they’re treated like they’re horrible people for doing the only thing they felt they could.
