		<description>I'd like to add some additional tips to the booby salad:
Not all of us out there know how to cook the boobies, so here's the best way that I have found.  
If you're using frozen boobies, as most of us thrifty gals are, they need to thaw overnight in the fridge.  And why not have them thaw in a delicious marinade?  Just throw your boobs into a big zip lock.  Add your chicken stock, and I suggest the organic variety that you buy in a box - just avoid anything that has MSG (monosodium glutimate, a chemical 'spice') on the label.  Then throw in some peppercorns, Italian seasoning, worsteshire, and some whole allspice (to give it that rasta Jamacian jerk flair) - YUM-O.  
As long as your boobies are completely thawed, they should be cooked through after a good simmer in boiling liquid (use the marinade and add some more water if needed to completely cover) for about 8-10 minutes.  But if you have a 'Pamela Anderson' boobie, you might want to give it a slice through the thickest part to make sure it's done.  You DO NOT want to have any undercooked boobie in this salad!  If it's still 'pretty in pink', you need to throw it back in the boil for a longer cook. 
A lovely substitute for the veggies would be roasted red peppers, minced.  You can get these in the jar, water-packed, at Safeway or Traders Joe.  So deelish!  Cilantro is awesome, just pick off the leaves, chop em up, and throw away the stems.
