Hi Wanda,
Congrats on all the healthy living. I’ve been on a fitness kick for a while now as well (well, actually more of a YOGA kick than a fitness kick per se), and it’s amazing to witness your body changing in the mirror every day.
I wanted to mention something about your nut dilemma. If you mix them with things like dried cranberries, pineapple and raisins, and make the dried fruit the bulk of the mix (apricots are good as well), you can still eat a proper serving of nuts and feel satisfied after snacking without having quite so much fat. Nuts are really healthy for you, and you shouldn’t dismiss them just because you’re consuming fat.
I’d also try LaraBars - they’re raw whole food bars that are incredibly tasty.
