I saw a homeless guy a couple days ago and he had a little bucket for money in front of him, and written on it was “bucket of hope”. I totally thought of you. xoxo

    Hey Wanda,

Glad you’re angry too. I love your stance on this: ‘more things are important’. Bravo!

Come to the Willing Warrior forum (forum.willingwarrior.com) and get involved.

Just a thought as I’m listening to your awesome podcast ;-),
Republicans learned that S*X was a hot topic and a way to pull the
party together when Clinton got a blowjob and everyone blew up. Maybe
even in seeing the political/moral reactions and the enforcement of
censorship that ensued after Miss Jackson exposed a tit.
Is it any surprise that now “gay s*x” is the hot topic used only to
rally the Republican party together and pull the Democratic party
apart as well? A scam. You are dead on. AWESOME work Wanda. Back
    to listening… ;-)

Bigots don’t want us to get married and have children because:
    1. They don’t want to be proven wrong about their moral views about us — that we’re actually real people just like them and we’re not the evil beings that they portray us to be.
    2. They are afraid that we might actually do a better job at marriage and raising a family (just look at the divorce rate today).
    Love your show.

Norman in San Diego had the exact same comments I was going to have…the bigots are afraid that if we’re allowed to raise children and get married we’ll be perceived as normal and that’s a problem to them.

    Love you Wanda!

PS: What was the song/performer of the closing song? I haven’t heard that before and can’t remember if you said anything about it. I like it.

Great charged show. Who’s the next scapegoat? You mentioned gays and muslims. Here are the other people we share being scapegoated with while the REAL issues get ignored: trannies, illegals, polyamorous people, atheists, the wealthy, felons, the other political party, the poor …. All these are groups where blame will get left so responsibility can be avoided. Once we say, “Well, so and so should be doing more…” then it means of course that we don’t have to do anything. Responsibility with doing something lies with the person who notices there is a problem. Good to hear you speaking out. Take care up in Minnesnowda. :-)

Wanda, this show was great! Is it bad that I enjoy an angry Wanda show occaisionally? ;-) Actually, I found this show inspiring… I feel like I need to go kick some ass or something (I mean that in a purely political context).

    thanks!

Your anger is shared by me as well. Lets funnel this rage into action and inspire change.

    Hey Wanda,
I received this wonderful piece of wisdom in e-mail this evening and thought of you.

“The trouble with life is there’s no background music.”

I thought to myself, well, that may be unless you listened to Lucky Bitch Radio episode #224.

Great show and I totally agree with you. And the background music was just the touch to make your rant even better.
