Bronsky Beat makes me think of my partner everytime someone mentions them. He always talks about how he used to listen to them in his youth.

I remember before I met my partner that I was desperate to meet someone and fall in love. I wanted it so badly that I was wearing my emotions out and I was really a shell of a person. Then at the most unexpected time and in the most unexpected way we found eachother and we just fit so well.

I loved the discussion of masks. Brad and I always have discussions about how everyone wears a costume. The clothes you pick out in the morning are a costume for how you want people to percieve you that day. Fascinating topic.

Happy Birthday Wanda! Loved this episode, cuz I feel the same way. I think dating is a cyclical thing, and we can't be hammering away at it (so to speak) all the time. Sometimes our hearts need a break. Right now I just don't trust much of anything, (my nickname is Turtle for a reason) but I feel like it will come around again.Wow, that was kinda personal. But so is your show, and that's why I love it. Wanda, you and Mikey both sound like great catches. If you're guarding your hearts, it's probably because you're guarding something pretty darn special.

Mikeypod, I totally know what you mean about tho 25-years/quarter of a century thing - I just turned 25 last month and it's a very very weird feeling - I'm an adult but I'm still in school. I have a full-time job but it's not what I want to do. Such mixed feelings and expectations...

OMG Bronsky Beat!
