Now you know that I hate to send any negative karma out into the universe Wanda… but (isn’t there always a but?)

I hear you very often thanking Brooks from the Oaklands for giving you that computer…… but what about all those people that were giving you money to buy your own computer before Brooks did his deed? Are we somehow less important to you now that you were given a ‘puter? Do we figure lower on your thankfulness meter? When you cut us do we not bleed?

Wanda…. Brooks is the bomb, but he gave you a used computer after he upgraded. We have you our hard earned dollars with which maybe we wanted to buy our own computer!?! Show the rest of us some please.

Thanks again for posting the length of the shows… my iTunes hiccuped today, and I knew immediately that I didn’t have all of my Lucky Bitch. So all’s well in the world of Queercasting.

Dearest Mike: I always felt Wanda always followed up a thanks to Brooks with a thanks to her listeners. She would talk about how all of her WONDERFUL and DELICIOUS listeners contributed and how she was going to use the money to buy accessories to improve and enhance her podcasts. She also talked about sourpusses saying “I want that money back!” and how she gave it back. If you want to buy your own computer and need the money back, why don’t you send her an email instead of telling her who she should thank in her show.

Also, while everyone contributed something _towards_ a computer. Brooks actually gave her a _computer_. A rather spectacular G4 desktop with all sorts of goodies that were perfect for the needed task. I feel a bit of preferential gushing can be allowed.

Otherwise, I also appreciate the length posted in the show notes. I still feel awful for blowing up a while ago when it seemed like iTunes kept hiccuping over, and over, and over…

Now, I think it’s time for apple to release an iMan. Wanda will go apeshit.

I sincerely apologize if I haven’t emphasized an appropriate level of gratitude for all the tremendous gifts I’ve received, regardless of their financial value. Without the help of others I would be in bad shape, indeed.
